The intensive academic course will run from August 7th to 21st at the Gut Rheinau, one of Switzerland’s largest and oldest organic farms. During these two weeks, students, researchers, and practitioners from a variety of disciplines and cultures will gather to discuss, reflect, and exchange ideas on the development of sustainable food systems.
This immersion learning experience will combine lectures, group work, case studies, workshops, excursions, and art with hands-on work on the farm. It will feature guest speakers and host evening social and cultural activities for the attendees.
All current students (minimum 3rd year Bachelor) and recent graduates (maximum two years since graduation) with a strong interest in sustainable food systems and relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.
