The All Farmers Association of Nigeria ( AFAN) has announced with sad note the passing away of its former president, Architect Kabiru Ibrahim, just as the Federation of Agricultural Commodity Association (FACAN) also expressed sadness over the death of its former National Deputy President, late Chief Adjaroh Oghenekaro.
