Ruga settlement: Governor asks EFCC to investigate, reject water resources bill

 

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state has demanded that Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) money allocated for rugga settlement contracts be investigated by Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), since many of the sites allocated were not allowed to take off.
