PRESS RELEASE

CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE 4TH NIGERIAN CASHEW DAY

The National Cashew Association of Nigeria (NCAN) wishes to formally inform the general public, stakeholders, and the international community that the venue for the 4th Edition of the Nigerian Cashew Day, scheduled to hold from January 22nd–24th 2026, has been changed. The event, which was earlier announced to take place at the State House Banquet Hall, will now be held at the Shehu Musa Ya’Adua Centre, opposite Abuja Continental Hotel, Abuja. This change became necessary due to unresolved logistical issues associated with the initial venue. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this adjustment may cause and kindly request the understanding of all participants.

We wish to assure Nigerians and our international partners that the conference remains fully on course and is strategically positioned to open new vistas for the growth and transformation of the Nigerian cashew industry. The interest of Nigeria and the collective advancement of the cashew sector remain our utmost priority. The National Executive in collaboration with all State Executives, is fully aligned and committed to delivering a landmark conference that will signal a new beginning for the cashew industry. This event is expected to drive meaningful reforms and create lasting value for the sector in the months ahead.

The 2026 Nigerian Cashew Day Conference will serve as a catalyst for meeting the aspirations of cashew farmers, processors, exporters, investors, and development partners, while strengthening collaboration across the value chain.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust. We are confident that the resolutions and outcomes of this conference will make your participation worthwhile.

We look forward to welcoming you and assuring you that the 2026 Nigerian Cashew Day will be a rewarding and memorable experience.

Thank you, and God bless.
