Farmers promise food security against 63yrs independence

The National President, All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Architect kabir Ibrahim has promised food security to Nigerians against next year independence celebration.

Architect Ibrahim stated this yesterday in his happy Independence message to Nigerians on behalf of his members who are small scale farmers across the nation.

Ibrahim acknowledged that year 2022 is ridden with unrest and challenges of climate change in several states of the country, saying farmers are hopeful of giving food security against 2023 independence celebration.

According to the message " I bring to you good tidings and the assurance of the continued effort of our SHFs ( Small Holders Farmers) to ensure optimum productivity even in the midst of many shocks ranging from insecurity, flood and drought in some states of the federation. I hope and pray that the 63rd Anniversary will be celebrated with food security in our nation "
