As the preparation for the 2018 rainy season for food production in the North Central of Nigeria is about to commence, the town hall meeting between farmers and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) NIRSAL had a stalemate as the Community Allied Farmers’ Association of Nigeria (COMAFAS)  kicked against the official use of NPK fertilizer
