NAIDA president, Kabiru Fara said this yesterday at the launch of agro inputs compliance and monitoring teams across the 36 states and FCT saying offenders would face stiff punishments for undermining the process as he also urged that the FMAFS to address scarcity of urea ocassioned by porous distribution.

Fara acknowledged that some agro dealers had engaged in dubious activities, and the monitoring team would address such malpractices nationwide.

NAIDA president further appealed to FG on the need to intervene in addressing the scarcity of urea fertilizer.
