President Mohammed Buhari has vowed to restore back the original master plan of the grazing reserves and cattle routes for animal rearers as intruders into these places will be dispossessed to ensure the original plan of the first republic gazatte. President Buhari stated this during an interview on the ARISE Television on the state of the economy, corruption and security.
President Buhari assured Nigerians that all those that have encroached into all designated cattle routes and grazing reserves would be asked to leave in order to restore back the gazetted plan of the first republic towards modern day animal productivity.
He said the gazetted plan had defined the routes for herdsmen to prevent them from entering people’ farms saying that defaulter are made to pay for what their animals have damaged in any farms through the traditional rulers participations.
According to him ‘’ what i did was to ask them to dig into the first republic gazette where we have the cattle routes and grazing reserves. When you allowed your cattle to stray into any farm, you will be arrested while the owner of the farm will be asked to submit his claim which you will be asked to pay. And if you cannot pay, your cattle will be sold to pay. And this is making people to behave very well. In the grazing areas, there are built half dams with windmills and veterinary departments in some places to attend to any problem in the locality. So i asked for the gazette so that those who have encroached into those routes and grazing reserves areas will be dispossessed to bring back order into cattle rearing.

Ce grand homme spirituel puissant a transformé mon chagrin en bonheur. Mon mari vient de se réveiller et a décidé que notre mariage était terminé.
