The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has charged the provost and four others from Federal College of Agriculture, Moorplantation, Ibadan to court for fund misappropriation.

The charges supposed to have taken place about six months ago as the case was unnecessarily delayed until a petition was put up by the provost himself which now reopened the case according to a source.

The provost and the four others got bailed yesterday and the case has been slated for hearing in one of the Federal High court very soon.
