Guinness Nigeria over the last decade has consistently increased its use of local raw materials in the manufacturing of its various iconic brands such as Malta Guinness. Currently, the local raw material component in all our brands manufactured in Nigeria is over 80% with plans to grow this to 95% by the year 2022.

NGO seeks restoration Growth Enhancement Support Scheme

ActionAid Nigeria and the Small-Scale Women Farmers Organisation in Nigeria
(SWOFON) have reiterated the call by women farmers for restoration of the
scrapped Growth Enhancement Support (GES) scheme of the Federal Government, initiated
by the immediate past Minister of Agriculture, Dr Akinwumi Adesina for Nigerian
farmers.
