Soil Science sets to hold 2019 conference at Makurdi

The Soil Science Society of Nigeria (SSSN) will by 15th-19th converge its members at the Benue state capital Makurdi for the year 2019 conference to deliberate on better agricultural practices using soil for food security.

Distinguished Fellows and Members of SSSN,


It is with great pleasure that we wish to inform you that after several months of preparation, the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, is now ready to host the 2019 flagship event of the Soil Science Society of Nigeria. There will be enough customized conference materials, accommodation at rock bottom prizes in a serene environment with adequate security .

As all members of the SSSN prepare to attend this years event, the under listed information should be taken into consideration;

Members with outstanding Annual dues are strongly advised to clear-up their debts before they can qualify to register for this conference.

Professors and Heads of Departments should endeavour to come along with their students as the conference will be a period of interaction and transmission of new ideas and knowledge.
