The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested the Provost of Federal College of Agriculture (FCA), Ibadan, Dr. Babajide Akanbi Adelekan and four others for an alleged fund misappropriation in a petition.

A reliable source told Food Farm News that the Provost and four other management staff have since last Friday been detained for questioning on the strength of a petition against them.

Food Farm News gathered that a petition sent to the Presidency was also sent to EFCC and action is being taken based on it, although all effort to bail the provost was to no avail on Friday.
