Many agricultural experts have agreed that injecting modern day technologies into Nigeria policy of feeding livestock would save us from many conflicts frequently recorded between herdsmen and farmers presently in Nigeria.

Fodder Green technologies is one of such improved science that has proffered solutions to food and water intake of livestock in many advanced countries where ranching of animals are practiced as feed production is grown in a climate controlled environment that guarantees daily highly nutritious feeds using seeds of( millet, maize, sorghum, barley) and water without fertilizer.

As federal government is looking at direction of importing improved grass variety from abroad for multiplication by farmers for the feeding of livestock, this fodder solution technology also according to agricultural experts could be handy to solving clashes between herdsmen and farmers because of its daily nature of giving nutritious feed to animals without necessarily using soils but only seeds and waters without fertilizers.

The sole promoter of this technology in Nigeria, Mr. Edwards Mbaemphasizing the strategic importance of the improved research method to addressing climate change challenges of feeds and waters availability to animals said the governments and the best animals agricultural practice of economic generation thereby encouraging ranching and reduce losses occasioned by roaming of animals that constantly resulted to clashes between farmers and the pastoral.

Towards entrenching this technology, Mr. Mba said a national workshop would soon take place sometime around May 19, 2016 for more education and awareness creation of taking advangesof this tested technology to mitigate climate change challenges that was already taking its toll on the food security of our country.
