  1. Constitutes of committee to review agric extension manual are just ways of profiting themselves and not for the interest of our dear country. It is widely accepted that Nigera is not a poor country that it has been poorly managed by those entrusted with it's development. It's also accepted that Nigera is rich enough to feed herself and the rest of Africa, the major hindrance to this are: those who rule Nigera do not believe in Nigeria because of that they lack political will and patriotic zeal to deal with the problem of food insecurity in Nigeria.hence adopt all forms of nea-biheral economic policies recommenced by the World Bank andIMF for personal profits. This is creating more poverty and hunger in a rich country like Nigeria. Look what is happening now with the extension graduate engaged by FMARDPACE AFJP as Enumerators, is that how life support to be treated? Those committee are they not the same people. Extension work in Nigeria anly need the right people to be employed. Almost all the Enumerators that were engaged in FMARD to captured farmers data are qualified Extension agent. Please our leaders should have love for our country Nigeria.

  8. Yes, I know one of the committee members (Prof. Sani Miko) Country Director, Sasakawa Africa Association Nigeria Project is a man of proven integrity, hard working person will come up with concrete recommendations to make Agricultural Extension back to it's status of yester years, people like Prof. Ayotunji who is popularly called Father of Extension in Nigeria will put their heads together and bring out an everlasting policy on Agricultural Extension in Nigeria, they should consider shortage of qualified extension personnel in most of our ADPs. I call on the Government side to put all their political will to implement the recommendation they will submit to the Government.
