Messina's PAN Lab is helping solve the problem of food waste. It’s a jarring reality and by now a well-known fact that an estimated 1.3 billion tons of food
is wasted around the world each year, and the Food Innovation Summer
School Mediterraneo is examining these problems in Sicily and searching
for solutions.
