A vegan woman has publicly slammed her own mother online for supporting for Australian dairy farmers.

Debbie Kalnins and her daughter Nakita Kayte have been having a very public family dispute over the treatment of dairy cows.
The 'tiff' was sparked when Ms Kanins shared her admiration for dairy farmers on social media.

Ms Kayte shared her frustration with her mother on social media. Posting what her mum had said to a group for other vegans

Ms Kayte, 35, who became a vegan three months ago after watching documentaries, then posted her mother's comments on the Vegans in Australia Facebook group.
'I'm so freaking pissed at my mum right now…Arghh the ignorance,' she said.
Her mother wrote that she had seen 'so much love and beauty...and healthy and happy cows'.Veganism dominates Ms Kayte's social media profiles.
'Veganism is the new age. Be kind to all living Earthlings. Don't eat animals,' she said on her pages. 
She has also posted a number of videos of cows in a milking shed.
Ms Kalnins has been urging her daughter to learn more about the industry in Australia.

'My girlie....she's terribly gullible when it comes to the internet and sadly believes everything she sees without actually doing further research.
'All farmers work their guts out, doing hours we wouldn't dream of so that people can get their bread, milk, cheese, veggies etc.'
She said her daughter will 'happily take her kids to the zoo', which she thinks is far more disturbing.
