The National Fadama 111 Additional Financing (AF) yesterday came together as a family to celebrate themselves for possible impact they have rendered to the nation’s food security through direct impactation to grassroots farmers with best agronomics practices of production, processing and packaging towards both local and external markets, thereby ensuring the Federal Government New Agricultural policy of commercialization to checkmate food import and create jobs.

Players from all the states of the federation were present to grace the occasion as the World Bank Task Team Leader, Dr. Adetuni Oredipe and National Coordinator of the project, Mr. Tayo Adewumi were at hand with other dignitaries to give out the awards to individuals that have extremely performed in their different capacity to ensure the success of the programme. Both Dr. Oredipe and Mr. Adewumi were also awardees, which came as a surprise to them just like many otherrecipients.
